Within 24 hours of the course start time, students are subject to a $30 fee for BLS and cpr/fa/aed and $55 for advanced courses. This notice requirement changes to 72 hours after the first reschedule. Cancellations: If notified prior to 24 hours of the class start time, a refund may be issued with the exclusion of processing fees (roughly 5%). Within 24 hours, the class payment is non-refundable. You may credit the payment to any course within 120 days. No call/No show: No refunds are given. This consists of no prior notification through text, call, or email of your absence prior to the class start time. Arriving Late: Arrival 10 minutes post-class start time, we will ask you to reschedule and the respective rescheduling fees will apply. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early Remediation: Failure of the hands-on demonstration or exam (discretionary), we will ask you to review and return to class for a retest. The first remediation is free. Meeting the Minimum: We have a minimum number of attendees for any course.
