TERMS & CONDITIONS
These policies are designed to be fair to everyone involved—protecting your time, honoring our instructors' preparation, and maintaining a smooth learning environment for all students.
RESCHEDULING
• More than 24 hours in advance: Reschedule at no cost.
• Within 24 hours: $30 fee for BLS or CPR/FA/AED, $55 fee for ACLS & PALS
• After the first reschedule: 72-hour notice is required for all changes to avoid a reschedule fee.
• Important: All reschedule requests must be made directly to 281-524-2767 via SMS or phone call.
CANCELLATIONS
• Cancel 24+ hours before class: A partial refund will be issued excluding the deposit (amount shown above).
• Cancel within 24 hours: Payment is non-refundable, but may be credited to a future class within 90 days.
• Important: All cancellation requests must be made directly to 281-524-2767 via SMS or phone call.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
• No refunds will be issued if you fail to notify us of your absence.
• Notice must be received at least 1 hour prior to the start of class to avoid a "no call/no show".
• Notification must come from the original registration phone or email to be considered official.
ARRIVING LATE
• 10+ minutes late: You’ll be asked to reschedule and fees will apply.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to avoid missing your class.
REMEDIATION
• If you do not pass the hands-on or written test (instructor discretion):
– You must review materials and return to retest.
– First remediation is free (in rare cases, at instructor’s discretion – e.g. no participation).
MINIMUM ENROLLMENT
• Every class must meet a minimum number of students.
• If not, we will notify you in advance and offer alternate class options.
COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL
• Recording of any class content is strictly prohibited.
• Short videos under 10 seconds are allowed for personal sharing only.
**AUTHORIZATIONS (CASH PAYMENTS)**
If you choose to pay with a small deposit and the rest in cash on-site, please note:
• You hereby authorize Cardiox Care to automatically charge the same payment method used for your deposit if any fees are incurred.
• We do not write receipts for cash payments during class, only after.
– If you need a receipt for reimbursement, please pay in full electronically to receive one automatically via email.
– Deposits are non-refundable.
– Debit payments made on-site will incur a $4 administrative fee unless we are notified 24+ hours in advance that an invoice is needed.
• If you cancel within the 24-hour window or do not show up:
– Just as with full credit or debit payments, you will be auto-charged the remaining balance of the course.
– Your deposit will be applied toward this amount.
