TERMS & CONDITIONS
These policies help protect your time, our instructors, and the learning environment for all students.
RESCHEDULING
- More than 24 hours before class: reschedule at no cost.
- Within 24 hours of class: a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
- All reschedule requests must be made directly to 281-524-2767 by SMS or phone call from the same phone number used at registration.
- If you reschedule within 24 hours of class, you must respond within 72 hours and secure a new class date within 7 days, unless otherwise approved by us.
- If you are unable to secure a new date within 7 days, you must contact us directly so it can be reviewed case by case.
ADDITIONAL RESCHEDULES
- If you have already rescheduled once for the same class registration, any additional schedule change requires at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid another rescheduling fee.
- If no new date is secured and no approved arrangement is made after a within-24-hours reschedule, your registration may be treated as a late cancellation, and the remaining course balance may be pursued under these terms.
PREP WORK
- Please allow at least 1 hour to complete your prep work.
- Prep work is not considered complete until it has been submitted to us through the form link(s) we provide.
- By moving forward, you agree to complete and submit all required prep work no later than 10 hours before class start time.
- If prep work is not submitted by the deadline, you will be required to reschedule, and the applicable rescheduling fee may apply.
CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOW
- 24+ hours before class: a partial refund may be issued, but the deposit is non-refundable.
- Within 24 hours of class: payment is non-refundable, but after the applicable rescheduling fee is deducted, the remaining balance may be applied as a future class credit within 60 days.
- The remaining credit may be transferred to any available class date and time you choose within that 60-day period.
- If your class remains scheduled as normal and we are able to accommodate you, your deposit will not be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for a no call / no show.
- Notice of absence must be received at least 1 hour before class from the same phone number used at registration.
ATTENDANCE / SAFETY
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. If you arrive 10+ minutes late, you may need to reschedule and fees may apply.
- If you are sick or think you may be sick, please notify us before heading to class so we can help protect other students and advise you on next steps.
- Students work closely together during skills practice and megacodes, and anyone who appears sick may be asked to leave and reschedule.
- Children and non-registered guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
- Our classes involve movement, training equipment, and a focused learning environment, so arriving with a child or guest without prior approval may require you to reschedule.
REMEDIATION
- If you do not pass the written or hands-on testing requirements, you must review the material and return to retest.
- The first remediation is free, except in rare cases at instructor discretion.
PHOTOS / VIDEOS / COPYRIGHT
- Photos and short personal video clips are allowed.
- Recording substantial portions of course videos, instructional media, or other copyrighted training content is strictly prohibited.
AUTHORIZATIONS (CASH PAYMENTS)
- If you choose to pay a deposit and the remaining balance in cash on-site, you authorize Cardiox Care to charge the same payment method used for your deposit if applicable fees are incurred.
- Cash payment receipts are provided after class to help maintain class continuity and allow us to start on time.
- If you need a receipt for reimbursement, please pay electronically in full so a receipt can be sent automatically by email.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you notify us during class that you did not bring cash and need to pay by card instead, a $5 administrative fee will apply.
- If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, you may be charged the remaining course balance, with your deposit applied toward that amount.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
