Already completed the AHA BLS HeartCode online course?

Choose the BLS Skills Session to complete your hands-on skills checkoff with an instructor.

  • Practice skills with instructor guidance
  • Hands-on skills test
  • Final sign-off for BLS certification

For American Heart Association (AHA) students:
You must purchase and complete the online HeartCode course separately, then upload your certificate before class.

For American Red Cross (ARC) students:
We provide the online portion for you after registration — no extra purchase needed.

If you have not already completed HeartCode, we recommend the BLS Full Course — it is faster, simpler, and more cost-effective for most students.

↑ Scroll above to choose your preferred BLS class option (AHA, ARC, or ASHI).

Need the complete in-person BLS certification?

The BLS Full Course is offered exclusively through the American Heart Association (AHA). This all-in-one class includes all required instruction, practice, and testing—no online portion needed.

  • Instructor-led BLS training from start to finish
  • Hands-on CPR, AED, and team-based skills practice
  • Written exam and final skills evaluation
  • Same-day AHA eCard upon successful completion

This is the recommended option for most students—it’s faster, simpler, and more cost-effective than taking HeartCode + Skills separately.

Already completed your AHA ACLS HeartCode online course?

Enroll in the ACLS Skills Session to complete:

  • Hands-on skills check-off
  • Final megacode evaluation

Only choose this if your employer or school already purchased the ACLS HeartCode for you.

If you have not already completed HeartCode, select the ACLS Update Course — it is faster, simpler, and more cost-effective for most students.

What ACLS covers:

  • High-quality CPR & advanced airway techniques
  • Cardiac arrest & post-arrest care
  • Rhythm recognition & ACLS medications
  • Megacode simulations & team communication
  • Airway adjuncts & bag-mask ventilation
  • Manual defibrillation & AED use
  • IV/IO access & emergency drug review
