TERMS & CONDITIONS
These policies are designed to protect student safety, instructor preparation, and the overall learning experience for all attendees.
CANCELLATIONS
• Cancel more than 24 hours before class: You are entitled to a partial refund minus the $15 non-refundable deposit.
• Cancel within 24 hours of class: No refunds will be issued. Your payment may be applied as a credit toward any available class within 60 days, and a $30 rescheduling fee will apply.
• Unused credits after 60 days are forfeited and will not be extended.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted via SMS to 281-524-2767 from the same phone number used during registration.
• Requests submitted via email, voicemail, social media, or any other method will not be considered valid.
RESCHEDULING
• More than 24 hours in advance: You may reschedule at no cost.
• Within 24 hours: A $30 reschedule fee applies.
• After the first reschedule: A minimum of 72-hour notice is required for any additional changes to avoid further fees.
• All rescheduled classes must be completed within 60 days of the originally scheduled class date.
• Failure to attend within this 60-day window will result in forfeiture of all payments and credits.
• All reschedule requests must be submitted via SMS to 281-524-2767 from the same phone number used during registration.
• Requests made through any other communication method will not be accepted.
ILLNESS & INFECTION CONTROL
• To ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment, students who are sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms may not attend class.
• Our courses require close physical proximity, shared equipment, and hands-on skill practice. Attending while ill places other students and instructors at risk and may prevent them from completing their certification safely.
• If illness is identified before or during class, the student will be discreetly asked to leave and reschedule in accordance with the rescheduling policy.
• Determination of fitness to participate is made at the instructor’s discretion and is final.
• Students with non-infectious conditions (such as asthma, allergies, or a chronic cough) that may appear symptomatic must notify us prior to class so instructors are aware.
ARRIVING LATE
• Arrivals 10+ minutes late will be required to reschedule.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
• No refunds or credits will be issued for no call/no shows.
• Notice must be received at least 1 hour prior to class start time using the approved SMS method above.
REMEDIATION
• If a student does not pass the skills or written assessment, remediation and retesting are permitted at the instructor’s discretion.
• First remediation attempt is free in most cases.
MINIMUM ENROLLMENT
• Classes are subject to minimum enrollment requirements.
• If minimum enrollment is not met, alternate options will be provided.
COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL
• Recording of class content is prohibited.
• Short videos for personal or social media use are permitted (up to 30 seconds).
