Before class

- 💙 Bring a valid photo ID (just in case)
- 💙 Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in
After class
- 💙Receive same-day eCard (unless otherwise noted)
- 💙Claim your E-card directly from your emailed link
- 💙We can resend anytime—just text us

You can reschedule free of charge if you contact us
more than 24 hours before your class.
Inside 24 hours, the following reschedule fees apply:
- $30 for BLS or CPR/First Aid/AED
- $55 for ACLS or PALS
To cancel, you must contact us 24+ hours before class.
Refunds are issued minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable but may be
credited toward a future class within 90 days.
All requests must be sent directly to 281-524-2767 (call or text).

If ARC delays their email system, your certification is still issued
the same day on our end.
If you prefer everything done in one appointment with no online course, choose the AHA BLS Full Class instead of the ARC Skills Session.
The AHA Full Class includes the classroom training, hands-on practice, skills check-off, and your official AHA BLS eCard — all completed in one visit.

Your certification is issued through the American Heart Association (AHA),
and employers can verify it through the official AHA eCard verification portal.

- Certification status
