Requirements & What to Bring
Before class
- 💙Submit any required prep-work (we text/email instructions)
- 💙Bring a valid photo ID (just in case)
- 💙Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in
After class
- 💙Receive same-day eCard (unless otherwise noted)
- 💙Claim your E-card directly from your emailed link
- 💙We can resend anytime—just text us
Frequently Asked Questions
You can reschedule free of charge if you contact us
more than 24 hours before your class.
Inside 24 hours, the following reschedule fees apply:
- $30 for BLS or CPR/First Aid/AED
- $55 for ACLS or PALS
To cancel, you must contact us 24+ hours before class.
Refunds are issued minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable but may be
credited toward a future class within 90 days.
All requests must be sent directly to 281-524-2767 (call or text).

usually within a few hours after class.
If AHA delays their email system, your certification is still issued
the same day on our end.
Yes — we offer a Skills Session for students who have already purchased and
completed the AHA HeartCode online portion.
For most students, the Full PALS Class is faster, easier,
and cheaper because it includes everything required for certification.
If you’re unsure which option you need, text us at
281-524-2767 and we’ll confirm it for you.
Parking is free and available in the driveway or along the street.
You’ll also receive a detailed parking guide with photos about 45 minutes before your class.

Your certification is issued through the American Heart Association (AHA),
and employers can verify it through the official AHA eCard verification portal.
