Parking is free at our Katy training site.

Park right in front of the home — there’s easy curbside access on a quiet residential street. Look for the Cardiox Care sign at the front; the entrance is at the main front door facing the street.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and a valid photo ID (just in case).
If your course requires any documents, we text and email instructions ahead of time. Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in.
How soon do I get my eCard?
Your official eCard is issued after successful completion and processing — most students receive it within a few hours after class.
You’ll claim it directly from your emailed link, and we can resend it anytime — just text us at 281-524-2767.
If the issuing organization’s email system is delayed, your certification is still processed promptly on our end.
What’s the refund or reschedule policy?
You can reschedule free of charge if you contact us more than 24 hours before your class.
Inside 24 hours, the following reschedule fees apply:
- $30 for BLS or CPR/First Aid/AED
- $55 for ACLS or PALS
To cancel, you must contact us 24+ hours before class. Refunds are issued minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class within 90 days.

Do you offer group training?
Yes. We train groups on-site at your facility, and groups are welcome at our Katy site.
We’re invoice and PO friendly — call or text 281-524-2767 for a group quote.
Can my employer verify my certification?
Your certification is issued through the organization you train with — AHA, ARC, or ASHI — and employers can verify it through that organization’s official verification portal.
Employers can confirm:
- Your name
- Course type
- Issue date
- Training Site (Cardiox Care)
- Certification status
