Between two training areas — or not sure which one?

Some communities can reasonably start from two Cardiox Care training areas. Richmond often compares Katy and Southwest Houston, and Cypress often compares Katy and North Houston / Spring. When you are between two areas, decide in this order:

  • Closest training area to where you live, study, or work
  • The class date that actually fits your school, employer, or clinical deadline
  • The easier commute on class day

Real dates decide it — verify them in the live class selector, or ask Cardiox Care with your location and requirement and we will point you to the right area.

AHA BLS classes across Greater Houston

BLS is one of the most-searched AHA certifications in the Houston area. Healthcare students, nursing students, dental students and staff, EMS students, clinical programs, and hospital and healthcare workers usually need AHA BLS Provider — and need to renew it before the card expires.

One important distinction: AHA BLS Provider is the healthcare-provider course. It is not the same as general CPR, AED, and First Aid — workplace, childcare, and teacher requirements usually point to AHA Heartsaver instead, so match your exact wording before you book.

AHA BLS Provider

Initial BLS for healthcare students, nurses, dental staff, EMS students, hospital employees, and clinical programs that require BLS or BLS for Healthcare Providers.

AHA BLS Renewal

Renew or recertify an expiring AHA BLS card if you already hold current BLS training — book before your card lapses.
