Automation-based packages may include a per-card or per-student operations fee because Cardiox hosts, monitors, and maintains background workflows that run as students move through the process. Exact per-card or volume-based pricing is reviewed before enrollment based on the selected package, expected volume, and support level.
Domains
Instructors purchase and own their own domain. Cardiox provides setup instructions and helps connect the domain to the approved CRM, funnel, invoice, or enrollment flow where applicable.
Hosting & maintenance
For the Full Build + Growth System, eligible hosted automations are maintained by Cardiox on Cardiox-managed infrastructure. Cardiox is responsible for issues caused on Cardiox’s side of the hosted workflow. Third-party platform outages, instructor account issues, carrier/SMS limitations, CRM changes, payment processor issues, and external tool changes remain separate.

Because instructor onboarding, preparation, consultation time, and administrative setup may begin after enrollment, instructor package payments are generally final once the package is purchased. Any specific terms or exceptions will be reviewed during the consultation and/or enrollment agreement before payment is completed.
