REQUIREMENT:

1. Student must have an ACTIVE OR "Expired within 30 days",  AHA BLS Certification.

REQUIREMENT:

1. For students taking the class for the first time or "expired past 30 days". 

REQUIREMENT:

The AHA BLS skills session is a 2-part course:

PART 1 - Before or after enrolling here, purchase & complete the AHA BLS heartcode (didactic/lecture) portion and submit it online prior to class.
PART 2 - Sign up at cprbycardiox.com for the "Skills Session" which is the hands on portion of the class.

You will then receive your 2-year certification.

Heartcode Cost: $38.38 (taxes included) as of 5/20/24.
BLS Skills Cost: $60 (taxes included) as of 11/22/24

Heartcode Duration: 1 Hour
In Class Time: 1 Hour

Choose the "BLS provider Renewal" or "BLS provider Initial" above instead.

This option is significantly cheaper overall and easier as you just show up to class and complete everything there.

To honor both students' time and privacy, and uphold instructors' commitment to scheduled meetings.

1ST & FOLLOWING RESCHEDULES:
24 hours prior to the class start time, rescheduling is free of charge. Within 24 hours of the course start time, students are subject to a $30 fee for BLS and cpr/fa/aed and $55 for advanced courses. This notice requirement changes to 72 hours after the first reschedule.

CANCELLATIONS:
If notified prior to 24 hours of the class start time, a refund may be issued with the exclusion of processing fees (roughly 8%). Within 24 hours, the class payment is non-refundable.
You may credit the payment to any course within 120 days respective to the rescheduling terms timelines seen above.

NO CALL/NO SHOW:
No refunds are given. This consists of no prior notification through text, call, or email of your absence at least 1 hour prior to the class start time.

ARRIVING LATE:
In respect to all students, arrival 10 minutes post-class start time, we will ask you to reschedule and the respective rescheduling fees will apply. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early

REMEDIATION:
Failure of the hands-on demonstration or exam (discretionary), we will ask you to review and return to class for a retest. The first remediation is free.

MEETING THE MINIMUM:
We have a minimum number of attendees for any course. If not met, we will contact you well in advance with all of our available times
